Daycare Temperament Trial

Each dog must do a Temperament Trial prior to being accepted into daycare. The Temperament trial lasts 2 hours and lets us carefully introduce your furbaby to our other dogs and learn about their temperament and behaviours. For those who have a busy workday, we can often do the temperament trial at the beginning of their first day of daycare.

Going to be late at work tonight? Madame Ma's have a pre-booked Late Pickup Service to keep dogs from 6pm-7pm. While we clean the venue in the evening, late pickup dogs will be transferred to a separate playroom where they can safely chill and relax until their fur-parents are ready to pick them up. This is an add-on service to the normal day of daycare, and most dogs will be picked up before the normal time of 6pm, so it is only a select few who will be chilling together for late pickup. If dogs are picked up afte 6pm and a Late Pickup Service has not been pre-booked, normal late collection fees will apply.
