Receptionist/ Customer Service Supervisor
This is a fast paced role admitting all the dogs in the morning, taking bookings, overseeing retail and liaising with all our staff. Shifts are 6.30am to 1pm and 1pm to 7.30pm in the evenings. The successful candidate will love being around dogs, enjoy forming relationships with our customers and be IT savvy enough to use MS Office competently and learn our online booking system. This suits someone with previous customer service or reception experience and may suit people with a vet nursing, medical receptionist or pet retail background.
Pay is award wages with room to progress based on experience. Hours can be either part time (reception only) or full time if the applicant is available to do additional shifts as a dog carer or bather.
