Memberships & Packages

Daycare Membership guarantees you a place at daycare.  It is charged monthly by direct debit.  Membership payments are non-refundable even if membership is cancelled.  Memberships are ongoing and 7 days notice must be given to cancel your membership.  If you cannot make your nominated day you may swap it for another 48hrs in advance subject to availability.  Memberships give you savings every visit compared to casual attendance.

Prepaid Packages also guarantee a place at daycare. They're paid online through the Madame Ma's website or by card instore prior to the first session. You must redeem all sessions of your 12 week package within 14 weeks of starting it. The package lets you save an average of $10 per visit.
