Many manufacturers have gracious refund and return policies; please consult the return/refund policy on the item you purchased from Madame Ma’s before returning it to us.
For Items Without Manufacturer Return Policy or Instructions
Items returned unopened and undamaged within seven days of purchase, and with the purchase receipt, will be issued a refund to the same transaction type as the purchase. (Cash, credit, debit, check). Items returned after seven days will be issued a store credit. Items that have been used (such as, but not limited to, collars, brushes, compression shirts, crates, etc.) or items within 45 days of “best by” date will not be refunded.
Opened items will be subject to inspection and will be refunded based on the condition of the product.
Refunds on Services
Purchased credits and daycare packages are non-refundable. However, they may be transferred to another user, by contacting Madame Ma’s staff in writing with 2 days notice, or in person in the store. Purchased credits and daycare packages can also be exchanged in return for a credit note in person without reason.
Events and reservations cancelled by Madame Ma’s will be refunded within 7 days of cancellation.
Refunds for services rendered will be at the discretion of the owner.
